How We Work

We turn sparks of creativity into playable worlds, then refine and scale them together with your community.

1

Introduction

You present your idea through a pitch doc, idea doc, example games or other type of presentation

2

Vision & Strategy Phase

Product Vision

Our Game Designer works with you to formulate the product vision - target audience, monetization model and business plan.

Game Design

Once the product vision is clear, the Game Designer works on translating your creative vision into actual game mechanics, resulting in a Game Design Document.

Style Search & Early Concept

Our Game Artist works with you to find an art style that suits the product vision. They create concept art for key characters or gameplay screens to validate the art style in practice, resulting in a Moodboard Document.

Technical Audit

Our Game Developer researches engine capabilities, as well as publicly available tooling to propose the most efficient solutions for any unique or highly technical challenges on the project. They tackle and resolve potential unknowns early, and report their findings in a Techincal Assesment Document.

Development Strategy

With the requirements documented, we estimate the amount of effort required to build the game. We work with you on budget and timeline preferences, and put together a team that's custom-tailored to the needs of your game.

We create a project roadmap with clearly defined milestones, each one showcasing visible progress towards the final product.

Publishing

We help you set up relevant accounts and assist you through the publishing process. We also help you set up any analytics dashboards required to track the success of your game.

5

Live Ops

We offer on-demand maintenance services, and perform content or feature updates where needed.
